You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for tasks, deadlines, approvals, messages, and decisions entered or accepted through the service.

Automated classifications, estimates, plans, and explanations are suggestions. Review them before approval. Orden does not silently approve captured tasks or deadline changes. Availability of automated processing, voice recognition, push delivery, and browser wake-word features varies by provider and device.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, abuse external providers, or use the product to violate another person’s rights or confidentiality obligations.

The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Export or retain independent copies of information that is critical to your work. Features may be limited when third-party services are unavailable.

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant the service operator permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service subject to the Privacy Policy.

Access may be suspended for security threats, unlawful use, or material breach. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation and is not liable for decisions made solely from automated suggestions.
